FAQs

• How are payments handled?

  We bill 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Invoices are sent and may be paid via PayPal or just with a credit/debit card. We also accept personal checks but they must clear before your final product is delivered.

• How much do you usually charge?

  We quote all projects uniquely as no two are ever the same, but usually starting from $750 for a very simple themed website to $10,000+ for a complex project.

• Where are you located?

  In Scranton, PA (yes the same Scranton for you NBC 'The Office' fans).

• What is your refund policy?

  Refunds for your entire payment are not possible if work is done, but if a problem arises on either end, we'll be happy to work with you to resolve it.

• Will my project(s) be displayed in your portfolio?

  Sure thing! However, if you'd rather it not be posted, we respect your privacy.

• Do you offer theme support after a project is completed?

  Yes. Any bug fix will be on us. Any additions or sizeable changes not in the original project will however have to be quoted seperately.
